NORMAL (Oct. 23, 2010)—These are rush photos from the marching band festival at the football stadium, Illinois State University. Each batch contains a class. These in the last set are from Class 6A: Lockport Township High School, Glenbrook South High School, Joliet West High School, Waubonsie Valley High School in Aurora, Lake Park High School in Roselle, Naperville North High School, Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Naperville Central High School, and Downers Grove South High School. The class competition (prelims) finished at about 8:15, some 2 hours 20 minutes late, as a result of a weather delay during Class 3A. The 14 bands in the finals didn't finish until well after midnight this year.
